Enquiries and private questions

Private questions are accessed using a request number and four-digit PIN. Questions are published only after an administrator checks publication; private questions are not published. Contact information is deleted within 30 days after a reply notification is recorded, or six months after submission if there is no reply. Brand/OEM enquiries are generally retained for one year after the last valid handling date.

1. Scope of service

Andoe organizes public product information for easier reading and accepts corrections and questions. The SENSITIVE-X public pages accept brand/OEM enquiries about product evidence, reviews of products and use conditions, and product-information review records.

2. Limits of public information and internal examples

Public information cards are not official determinations, product recommendations, certifications of product performance, diagnoses or prescriptions. They do not establish that a product can be used without risk. `SX-EXAMPLE` materials are fictional fixtures for internal function and format checks and are not provided through public search, direct lookup or client-delivery routes. They must not be presented as real clients, deliveries, issued records or certification results.

3. Boundaries of SENSITIVE-X results

Paid services begin under a separate agreement and SKU-specific SOW. AI may assist with detecting missing or conflicting documents, classifying questions and drafting. Designated people approve product versions, public wording, customer replies and QA/RA handovers. SENSITIVE-X does not replace regulators, responsible distributors, medical professionals, qualified product assessors or legal advisers.

4. Prohibited activities

• Submitting another person’s personal, health or account information without authority
• Submitting false product documents, manipulated sources or another party’s trade secrets
• Presenting public information or examples as certification, approval, guaranteed marketplace admission or a guarantee of no risk
• Interfering with service access controls, records or operations

5. Submitted materials and rights

You must have the right to provide the materials. Ownership remains with the original rights holder. The company uses them only as necessary to handle the enquiry and discuss a contract. Deliverables, standards, data and intellectual-property rights for subsequent paid work are defined in a separate agreement.

6. Suspension and changes

We may decline or stop handling enquiries containing false or unlawful materials, unauthorized personal information, or demands for guarantees about product risk, diagnoses or marketplace admission. Changes to the service scope will be published with their effective date.
