Privacy notice
Privacy notice
Confirmed notice for submitting enquiries ·2026-10-14-v2
1. Controller and scope
Hamkke Co., Ltd. processes the information below to handle corrections and questions about Andoe public information, SENSITIVE-X brand/OEM enquiries and partnership enquiries. This notice applies to the current public enquiry forms, not account registration, payments or external usage sessions.
2. Information collected and purposes
- Common information: enquiry type and message, product and brand names, and URLs or document locations you provide, to review the enquiry and facts, respond and follow up.
- Optional contact information: email address or phone number, to provide replies and request status updates.
- Business enquiries: company name, contact details, SKU/version, document readiness, desired deliverables and markets, to assess fit and discuss scope, pricing and contracts.
- Automatically generated information: request ID, submission and update times, consent notice version, and security/operational logs, to prevent duplication, control access and address disputes or errors.
3. Retention and deletion
Contact information for consumer enquiries is deleted within 30 days after a reply notification, or six months after collection if there is no reply. Identifying information in question text and notes is also removed when contact information is deleted. De-identified question content is retained in our own database, accessible only to administrators and not publicly disclosed, for reusing answers and improving the service. Brand/OEM, SENSITIVE-X and partnership enquiries are generally retained for one year after the last handling date. Anonymous “I have this question too” counts contain no personal information, are retained without a time limit and are shared with brands only as totals. Where a contract, dispute or statutory retention duty requires it, information may be kept separately for the relevant purpose and period. For paid contracts, the SOW and data-processing annex take precedence.
4. Refusing consent and service limitations
You may refuse required collection and use. However, we cannot accept public enquiries that require storing the message and contact details for handling. Consent to marketing is not included in consent to submit an enquiry.
5. Boundaries for AI and automation
We do not sell original public enquiry messages for advertising targeting or external model training. Where AI is used for paid SENSITIVE-X deliverables, the contracted purpose, provider, retention, deletion and subcontracting conditions are agreed first. People approve product versions, public wording, customer-service replies and handover decisions.
6. Third-party sharing, processors and overseas transfers
If separate sharing, processing by a service provider or an overseas transfer is needed, we establish the recipient, purpose, information, country, timing, method, retention period and refusal method before processing, and complete the necessary contracts, notices and consent. We do not pass original enquiry messages to brands or partners outside the agreed scope.
7. Your rights and contact details
Privacy officer: Yoon Saeng-su (CEO) · contact@hamkke.net · 010-6213-1708

8. Effective date and changes

The initial effective date is July 31, 2026. Version 2026-10-14-v2 changed the retention period for consumer contact details and the handling of question content, effective from its publication date. Before a full paid-service launch, we will complete a Korean privacy-law review and confirm the actual infrastructure providers.
